ROOM RENTALS OPTIONS
FOR HOSTING CLIENTS IN LOS ANGELES
Missy has hosted retreats in Southern California for the past three years, both in client homes and also in rented rooms/studio spaces.
Room Rentals are ideal for students who do not have an appropriate space or equipment to host their sessions in their own homes.
For the convenience of our LA clientele, TBI has made special arrangements with several local studios to rent out the rooms hourly. These options are offered to the clients and the cost is passed along at the negotiated rate, with no convenience fee charged to the client.
All rooms include these features:
- sanitized before and after each session
- come fully equipped with massage table
- professional environment with minimal interaction with and exposure to other clients.

- West LA Spa – $25/hr (Bodywork Only)

Large oriental spa in Plaza; private room for massage; free dedicated parking in plaza
- ZenDen Healer Collective – $30/hr. (Bodywork or Mobility)
122 Lincoln Blvd, Venice, CA 90291
Healer collective on second floor of office/retail building; free street and neighborhood parking; HEPA filter; shared restroom; no shower. Equipped with massage table and seating area for intake consultation and changing. - West LA Physiotherapy Clinic – $30/hr (Bodywork or Mobility)

Three-room fully-equipped physical therapy clinic. Max of 1-2 clients on the floor with therapists at a time. HEPA filter; shared restroom; no shower. Equipped with massage table and waiting room. Usage of onsite private infrared sauna is made available to my students for $20-25/hr with Groupon outside of session time.
ROOM RENTALS – FINE PRINT:
- When booking your bodywork session, please note your first and second room rental locations in the appointment notes. We will be in contact by phone or email to confirm the appointment time and location.
- Appointment times are subject to availability of room rentals, which can change on a week-by-week basis
- You will be billed on the day of your session for outcall and room rental fees
- Pricing is subject to change based on client circumstances and rental agreements
